Fine Arts Initiatives es una división de Agora Gallery, la cual fue fundada en 1984 y desde entonces ofrece a los artistas la oportunidad de exhibir sus obras en uno de los mejores puntos de la Ciudad de Nueva York. Con el respaldo de más de 30 años de experiencia y aprovechando la expansión de las Ferias de Arte hoy en día, ofrecemos una plataforma para que los artistas puedan participar en las mejores Ferias de Arte nacionales e internacionales, sin todo el estrés y trabajo extra que la aplicación y el proceso previo conllevan.
Todo comienza con el equipo de Agora Gallery, conformado por un extraordinario personal que a lo largo de los años ha ayudado a nuestros clientes en cada paso de sus proyectos. Tanto los compradores de arte como los artistas son tratados de manera profesional y amigable.
FAI es dirigido por Sara Rubalcava, quien durante muchos años ha estado involucrada en el mundo cultural como artista y ha participado en muchas Ferias de Arte
For more than two decades, Sara Rubalcava, Director, has developed an intense activity in the art business, mainly in the production of shows. She has been in charge of important artistic projects in different parts of Mexico, including the International Festival of Theater at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has been the producer of the orchestra of Baja California and the Center of Musical Arts. Additionally, she has produced film projects with multiple artistic companies. Before joining Fine Arts Initatives, Rubalcava also worked for RMG group and with the Secretariat of Culture in Mexico. She currently lives in the city of Tijuana.
Isabel Aragón, Assistant Director, studied violin and music management. In the last ten years she has worked for the cultural sector and colaborated with National Institut of Fine Arts (INBA) , Cultural Secretariat of México, like executive assistant, and public relations, communication and social media office.
Sabrina A. Gilbertson, Director, has a BFA degree from Boston University, with a concentration in Painting and a minor in Art History. Sabrina has also studied studio arts at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Italy, and has established an avid appreciation for art in her travels abroad as a studio assistant and in the service industry.
Natalie Adam, Exhibition Coordinator / Registrar, received a BA from Montclair State University in Fine Arts with a specialization in painting, as well as a BA in Psychology. She continues to pursue her appreciation and love for art by taking painting and printmaking classes at the New York Academy of Art. She has experience as a custom framer and designer working with artists to prepare for upcoming exhibitions and art fairs.
Andra Bilici, Social Media Coordinator, is a communications consultant with an extensive experience in Social media as well as Corporate Communication. She has studied philology, PR & Communication while pursuing her passion and interest for art. Andra enjoys working on various marketing initiatives, promoting artists during their representation and integrating contemporary art into the fast-paced social media world.
Roanna Cada, Graphic Designer, has a Bachelor's Degree in IT, specializing in digital arts. She has years of experience working on web and graphic design. She enjoys working on graphic materials for Agora Gallery, drawing inspiration from artworks of the gallery's represented artists. Gaining new perspectives in fine art, she is fond of reviewing artworks of emerging artists and grasping their passion with their art.
Joseph Leo, Lead Art Handler, has 15 years of hands-on experience in and around art and design. As an artist, curator, and gallerist, he has organized and produced dozens of exhibitions, and he enjoys utilizing his various skillsets and attention to detail to ensure that each exhibition is executed safely and efficiently.
